why has my kitten (8 months) suddenly started weeing on my bed?

 why has my kitten (8 months) suddenly started weeing on my bed? Tatty was fully litter trained we we got her at 7 weeks and even moving the cat litter didn't bother her. We had a few issues with her weeing in the spare room but she stopped doing that. The last few days, she has had a wee every day on either my bed or the spare one. She knows she is naughty as she runs away after she does it and hides, but why is she still doing it? Should I take her to the vet? Could it be that her cat litter is cold? She is an inside cat for now.      |
