Default Cat is limping

My cat is limping horribly on her left leg. She only started this a
few hours ago. She hasn't shown any sign of pain,in fact she wanted to
play. I felt her leg but she didn't show any signs of being
hurt...what could be causing her limp? A sore leg? She is a beautiful
Siamese. I posted a picture of her below.

Thanks for taking the time to help!

Rather than having several hundred people make a blind guess, don't you
think it would be better if just one informed person (a vet) gave you an
experts opinion?

Yes......I figured this out quite a while after the fact, when I decided to
look at the picture of the cat.......I don't know why the idiot didn't word
his message to require us to look at the picture before we commented on the
cat's problem.....I would have said, "What's wrong with this cat? - See
photo", or simething like that.....But I guess if you are a porn pusher, you
aren't very intelligent.......

Dave in Lake Villa was thinking very hard :

I doubt it is a fracture then. My cat had a limp but when I inspected
it he was in pain when I touched it.

Perhaps she jumped and landed funny, spraining it. Is she indoor,
outdoor or both? Have you inspected the leg closely for any cuts,
bites, etc.? Any bumps or swelling? Anything stuck in one of her pads
or between her toes?

I would suggest letting her vet take a look at it if there is no
outward cause and it doesn't clear up in a day or so.

Just an fyi for anyone that was unlucky enough to click that link, those
tinyurl links can be reported and removed. I reported this one upon finding
it and it was gone within about 4 hours.
