hi cinnamon cockatiel questions??

i found it hard to tell if my cockatiel is male or female, anyway it's a cinnamon... it chirps softly and is a bit quiet.... but it's wings spots are only on the first part of the wings or its only on the half way or specifically on the primary flight feathers only with some small spots on the rest or the flight feathers... the breeder whom i bougth it said that it's already 6 months above... any pictures ahowing the wingspots of a baby male cockatiel and baby female cockatiel?? an understandable answer with pictures are very well appreciated...
