Is dry cat food bad for my cockatiel?

| If your bird snuck a piece when you weren't looking, I wouldn't be too concerned. But if he is eating large (or even moderate) quantities of it, I would make sure he isn't allowed access to your cat's food bowl. There are plenty of other things he could be eating as treats that are known to be safe for birds. Also, where is your cat while he steals treats from the catbowl? Never allow the two to interact. Cats are deadly to birds. |
