Your dog is showing signs of dominance. Do not allow that to happen. Firmly and calmly tell him "no" and do not allow him to hump or mount anything. Some dogs even do that to their toys because that is how a dog shows dominance. Even after being neutered he will continue to do this unless controlled. He needs a lot of exercise, as in at least a 45 min. walk or run. Have you taken him to any obedience classes? It would be a good idea to find a class or a trainer to see what your situation is.
