I bought this Aspen Pet Aristo Silent Dog Whistle, and I can't find a place to blow?

 I bought this Aspen Pet Aristo Silent Dog Whistle, and I can't find a place to blow? Its like a long metal tube, and you unscrew it and then there should be some kind of hole where you blow, but its just a metal pipe inside the metal, there is no place to blow on this stupid thing. Does anyone know how to work this particular one? Thanks      |
