Help, my dog is sick and the vet doesn't know what else to do!?

My britney spaniel is 2 years old and for the past 5 days she has been vomiting and diahrea. They vet says all he blood work comes back fine, but she isn't getting any better. He x-rays all come back fine also. What could it be? They say it might be her pancreas.
They did the test on friday, but results are not in. we also toke her to a vet hospital yesterday and they loaded her on fluids until we get results. So $800 later and 3 doctor's and nothing.

go see a different vet. maybe try an animal hospital
