Default Dog had worms but still continues to be sick?

I just treated my dog for worms because she was looking sick and i saw the worms in her feces. I did that about 2 days ago but she continues to throw up clear liquid and has diharrea. She just had her 2nd week shots and I took her to the animal shelter where i got her and all the shots yesterday and they kind of just brushed it off as nothing, they were very busy and I don't know if they just wanted to move along. Do you know what could be wrong with her or if the throwing up and diharrea are all symptoms of the worms and should be going away soon?
