What is wrong with my dog? Very sick instantly.?

Ok, my dog just went to the vet 2 weeks ago for checkups and got her shots. But it seems that just yesterday I noticed that she was even lazier than before. I went to let her outside because she was scratching on the glass door, so naturally I went over there to let her out. I noticed that where she sat there was some red liquid, and it was not from her cycle. I didn't think much of it at first. But today when I got home from work she was very lethargic and there was a white type foam regurgitation on several spots around the house. I proceeded to let my dogs outside because they usually have to go to the bathroom after 9 hours without. I kept a close eye on her while she went to the bathroom. She took several stop around the yard arching her back seeming like she was pooping. I then noticed what looks like and probably was, blood squirt out of her. She is not eating nor can she keep down the little ammounts of water that she is intaking. What can it be?
She is not a puppy, she is 5 years old, also there are no vets open right now, so that is not an option for us. But rest assure she will be at that vet the second they open.
