Male Persian cat Mating?

I have a male persian that is not fiexed yet because it is going to cost about $170.00 to do surgery because he has one testical that has not dropped, he is 5 yrs old. So, my dilemma is that yesterday I was on the phone with a friend and he came to sit down on my lap and started moving his bottom really really slow in a circular motion, when I pushed him off me he MEOWED bloody murder, I did this about 10 times. Next thing you know, he is behind me on the sofa (this is a totally true story everyone no joke, really really wierd) next thing you know his teeth are wedged into my hair and both of his paws are wrapped around my neck with claws out. I try and get him off and his is PO'd at me. What is his problem? It was really funny but I had to literally close my bedroom door last night to keep him out, he then MEOWED outside my door. So I let him in and went to my daughters room to sleep, my cat is driving me out of my own bedroom. HELP
And let me ad that I do have another cat in my home whom is female a couple of years old, why doesn't he do her??
I only got him from a Breeder a month ago, but this was the first time he has done this. Could it be because of someone in the household on thier period??
