I think my pregnant guppy is sick. I don't want the fry to get sick. What do I do?

 I think my pregnant guppy is sick. I don't want the fry to get sick. What do I do? My pregnant guppy is probably going to have her fry very soon. I just noticed today that she has white clumps or growths on her, which I assume is fungus or "ick". I added some salt to the water (about one teaspoon of non iodized). I am worried that the fry will be born and will catch the fungus sickness. What should I do? I only have two tanks: one three gallon with two adult guppies and ten fry, and the pregnant one's tank which is one gallon. Help???      |
