how can i convince my mom to buy me a snake? she is scarded more then you think

unfortunatley the case may be that she just wont relent....
some ways that helped my friend as he just got one at his mums house, is to see if anyone you knows has a very small one, the smaller the better as if you can get your mum to be halfway convinced that the small ones are ok, then you are nearly there, my mate just brought round a very small one every so often and his mum seemed to get desensitised to it, eventually he was allowed to get one, it took 2 months....
however if you would have tried to do that for my mum i think she would have kicked me out right then and there snake and all
