 What type of turtle/pet should I get? Okay fellow animal lovers, this questions for you. I want an animal that is small and I can hold and play with. My friend had a turtle that loved to be taken outside and played with and it seamed like the perfect pet for me. I live in New England so it would be nice to get a turtle that naturally is from here. Also, i'm looking for a turtle that doesn't have a tendency to bite and is friendly with people. I love animals and I am willing to spend much time taking care of it, so that is not an issue. What type of turtle would you recommend? Or would you recommend a snake or hamster?      |

| I'd get a tortoise over a turtle, as with the turtles and tortoises i raised over the years, my tortoises are more friendlier than my other pizza eating pets. Hamsters are fun too! They like to explore, and are adventurous! |
