i just had a baby snake in my drive way. i had to kill it because it was

striking at my pets and me.? it looks like a rattle snake but it has no rattle but was rattling it's tail.
we have timber rattlers and diamond backs here, also we have pigmy's.
it only looked the closest to the diamond back.
also i had another snake in my yard it was black and had a white belly.
it was also about i would say 6ft long.
and i went to take a closer look at it, and it stopped and stood up looked at me and flattened it's neck like a cobra.
i never seen a black snake that did this.
as soon as i backed up it would go on it's way.
then when i started to get closer again it would stop and stand up like a cobra and look around like one.
i took a step back and it went on it's way.
i kept on doing this until it got out of my yard.
it was pretty cool to see this. i just wish i had a camera in my hand to take pictures of it doing this.
