Obnoxious Siamese cat?

 Obnoxious Siamese cat? I'm not sure if he's pure bred, we found him a couple years ago as a stray cat. He is so vocal, and whiny it drives me insane....He wasn't bad when we first got him, but he keeps getting worse and worse....Someone is almost always home and we give him PLENTY of love attention but he does not stop "mooing"...that's what we call it anyway. Can anyone relate or know why he will not shut up, ever?      |
